About the role
We are looking for a motivated Commis I to support our kitchen operations at SO/ Hotels & Resorts in Dubai. You will assist chefs with food preparation, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and help ensure smooth service.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation and cooking as directed.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation.
- Store and label food items correctly.
- Follow instructions and learn culinary techniques.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team for efficient service.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Culinary training or experience preferred.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Basic knowledge of food safety.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
