At JA The Resort we are searching for a motivated Commis II eager to develop culinary skills while helping create exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and kitchen standards.
• Support senior chefs with daily kitchen operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned work areas.
• Ensure proper food storage, handling, and stock rotation.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative kitchen environment.

Required profile

• Previous kitchen experience in a hotel, resort, or restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of International Cuisine.
• Understanding of HACCP and food safety practices.
• Knowledge of Basic Food Hygiene.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic culinary team.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and commitment to quality.
