Commis III – Banquets

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Commis III to join our banquet kitchen team at a leading hotel in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on preparing high‑quality dishes and supporting the service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily mise‑en‑place and assist in food production across main kitchen and satellite stations.
• Support the Demi Chef de Partie or Commis I in all operational tasks.
• Maintain hygienic standards in the work area in line with hotel policies.
• Control food stock and monitor food cost within the assigned section.
• Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure consistent quality and timely service.
• Collaborate with other kitchen sections to meet cleanliness, waste‑reduction and cost‑control requirements.

Required profile

• Completed professional chef training course.
• Previous experience in a quality culinary establishment.
• Good command of English.
• Positive, dynamic attitude and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Strong teamwork, adaptability and customer‑focused mindset.
