Commissioning Manager – MEICA Infrastructure

About the role

SEGULA Technologies is seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to lead Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control and Automation (MEICA) commissioning activities for a major infrastructure project in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing the full commissioning lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration of all MEICA systems.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute commissioning activities for MEICA subsystems.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver commissioning milestones on schedule.
• Validate system performance against design specifications and regulatory standards.
• Manage interfaces with design, construction, and client stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during testing and start‑up phases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation engineering.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in MEICA commissioning or as a CxA.
• Proven track record of managing large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong problem‑solving and coordination abilities.
