Communications Director – UAE National

About the role

We are seeking a UAE National to lead a communications transformation agenda for a prominent Abu Dhabi‑based organisation undergoing rapid growth. The role will shape internal and external communication strategies, drive change initiatives and ensure brand consistency across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated internal and external communications strategy.
• Establish communications governance, standards and best practices.
• Lead organisational change and transformation communications programmes.
• Oversee brand management, reputation and communications consistency.
• Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership on communications matters.
• Manage external agencies, partners and specialist suppliers.
• Lead and develop an established communications team.

Required profile

• UAE National with extensive communications leadership experience.
• Proven track record of transforming or building communications functions.
• Experience leading both internal and external communications activities.
• Strong background in organisational change and transformation communications.
• Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Experience managing teams, communications frameworks and brand governance.
