Community Manager

About the role

Arman Building Maintenance is looking for a skilled, customer-centric Community Manager to oversee the daily operations and facilities management of its residential communities. The role focuses on delivering high-quality service, keeping resident satisfaction high and coordinating with facility management teams and subcontractors so that all community facilities run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management and operations of residential communities and maintain high resident satisfaction through effective communication and prompt issue resolution.
• Coordinate with facility management teams and subcontractors to ensure timely maintenance and repairs.
• Monitor and enforce community rules and regulations to keep a safe, harmonious living environment.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address maintenance or safety concerns.
• Manage and prioritize maintenance requests for timely response and resolution.
• Develop and implement community events and initiatives to build resident engagement.
• Work with marketing and sales teams to promote community amenities and attract new residents.
• Prepare and present regular reports on community performance, resident satisfaction and maintenance activities.

Required profile

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in community management or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful community management and resident satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of local regulations and laws relating to community management and facilities operations.
• Valid driving licence and ability to travel within the UAE as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in community management software and the MS Office suite.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems and resolve conflicts in a fast-paced environment.
