Community Manager – Real Estate Social Media

About the role

Luxarabia Real Estate is seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Community Manager to lead its social media presence across multiple platforms and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Luxarabia’s Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube accounts, including multilingual audiences.
• Plan, schedule and publish content according to a weekly calendar, ensuring consistency and platform‑specific adaptation.
• Design high‑quality posts, stories, carousels, infographics, thumbnails and covers using Canva and Adobe tools.
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages, fostering engagement and growing the online community.
• Maintain brand guidelines across all content, reviewing for visual and textual accuracy.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager, Content Creators, Video Editors and Media Buyers to coordinate campaigns and property launches.
• Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement and follower growth, and produce weekly reports with actionable insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media management and graphic design, preferably within luxury branding or real‑estate marketing.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts and tight deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual consistency.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Canva.

• Deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube platforms.
