Community & Sales Manager

About the role

The Community & Sales Manager drives resident experience, activates the community, and leads standard sales conversion. This role owns relationships with residents, members, inbound leads and clients, turning interest into contracts while fostering retention and referrals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage resident experience and day‑to‑day commercial activities.
• Activate and nurture a vibrant community through events and communications.
• Convert leads into contracts, maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure CRM discipline.
• Coordinate outsourced suppliers, building services and operational workflows.
• Develop partnerships, perks and collaborations with brokers, influencers and partners.
• Support referrals and create experiences that generate personal and commercial value.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in facilities management, operations, hospitality, serviced apartments, residential operations, coworking, coliving or similar service‑led environments.
• Hands‑on operational experience with the ability to independently coordinate suppliers and daily workflows.
• Strong sales and lead‑conversion capabilities, including conducting tours and follow‑up.
• Proven experience using CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations, leads and community touchpoints simultaneously.
