Company Formation Executive

About the role

The Company Formation Executive will lead the design and implementation of legal‑entity, holding‑company, subsidiary and SPV structures for a diversified portfolio of businesses. You will work closely with senior management to ensure governance frameworks and internal controls align with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse existing ownership and operating structures and propose optimal legal‑entity and holding‑company models.
• Support the formation, restructuring and rollout of approved corporate structures, producing entity charts and implementation roadmaps.
• Develop governance frameworks, committee structures, authority matrices and decision‑making mechanisms.
• Review finance and business processes, conduct audits, identify control gaps and recommend practical improvements, including Delegation of Authority frameworks.
• Prepare and implement Finance Risk and Control Matrices and maintain a consolidated task tracker.
• Identify, escalate and manage risks, dependencies and delays, and produce structured progress reports and management presentations.

Required profile

• Certified Company Secretary (ICSI) with 2‑3 years of experience in corporate structuring, governance, internal controls or corporate advisory.
• Experience in family‑owned groups, diversified businesses, real‑estate holdings or multi‑entity organisations.
• Strong analytical, research and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on high‑quality documentation.
