Compliance & Legal Graduate

About the role

You will work closely with the Legal, Risk & Compliance team and commercial teams, gaining hands‑on experience across the contract lifecycle and regulatory compliance in the commercial real estate sector.

Key responsibilities

• Assist, under supervision, in drafting, reviewing and maintaining commercial contracts such as leases, service agreements and supplier contracts.
• Support tracking of contract obligations, renewals and key dates.
• Help conduct compliance checks, due diligence, KYC and AML checks on tenants, vendors and partners.
• Contribute to maintaining internal policies and procedures in line with applicable laws and regulations.
• Research legal and regulatory developments relevant to real estate and summarize key points for the team.
• Maintain accurate contract records and compliance documentation; support internal audits and ad‑hoc projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in law, compliance or a related field, completed within the last 12 months.
• Previous internship or practical experience in a legal, compliance or contracts setting is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, good organisational skills and clear written and verbal communication in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and discretion when handling confidential information.
• Proactive, curious approach with a willingness to learn.
