Compliance Manager - Investigations

About the role

Majid Al Futtaim is hiring a Compliance Manager focused on investigations within its MAF Entertainment and MAF Lifestyle businesses. The role leads internal investigations into legal, ethical and policy violations, supports compliance through risk assessments, monitoring and employee training, and prepares reports and governance updates for leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end investigations into ethics, compliance, policy and legal violations across the organization.
• Prepare investigation plans, gather evidence, conduct interviews and write objective reports with recommendations.
• Track cases, ensure timely closure and coordinate with HR, Legal, Operations and external authorities when needed.
• Recommend disciplinary actions, corrective measures and coaching interventions, and monitor their implementation.
• Identify root causes and drive improvements to policies, processes and controls.
• Support digitalization and automation of investigation records, evidence management, reporting and compliance workflows.
• Produce compliance reports, trend analyses and governance updates for leadership.
• Support compliance programs through policy development, risk assessments, audits and employee training.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Risk Management, Criminology or a related field; professional compliance, audit, fraud or risk certifications preferred.
• 5-8 years of experience in compliance, investigations, ethics, risk management, internal controls, audit or governance, with managerial experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of investigations, ethics hotline case management, compliance risk assessments and mitigation planning.
• Experience in stakeholder management, compliance reporting, dashboards, automation tools and analytics.
• Understanding of labor laws, investigation frameworks and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Integrity, ethical judgment, attention to detail, problem-solving ability and the capacity to handle confidential matters and build trust across all levels.
