Compliance Officer (AML/CFT Specialist)

About the role

We are looking for a meticulous Compliance Officer with a focus on Anti‑Money Laundering (AML) and Counter‑Financing of Terrorism (CFT) to oversee our Dubai head office and Abu Dhabi branch. The role ensures that all real‑estate brokerage activities comply with the latest UAE federal laws, FIU mandates and local regulator requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the legally registered AML/CFT officer on the Ministry of Economy goAML platform and manage the company’s goAML profile.
• Prepare and submit Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) and Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) within statutory deadlines.
• Monitor and report real‑estate transactions exceeding AED 55,000, including cash and virtual‑asset components.
• Oversee daily sanctions screening against UAE and UN lists and trigger freezing actions when required.
• Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and corporate clients, including UBO identification.
• Manage the transition from an outsourced KYC provider to an in‑house solution as the business scales.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of UAE real‑estate compliance experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of UAE Federal Decree‑Law No. 10 of 2025, Cabinet Resolution No. 134 of 2025 and related AML/CFT regulations.
• Ability to obtain mandatory registration on the MoE goAML platform.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
