Compliance Officer – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Compliance Officer to join our Dubai office. The successful candidate will safeguard the company’s operations by ensuring strict adherence to all applicable insurance regulations and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain compliance frameworks aligned with UAE insurance regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate compliance gaps.
• Provide compliance‑related training and guidance to staff across all departments.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities, prepare required reports and maintain up‑to‑date documentation.
• Monitor ongoing regulatory changes and advise the business on necessary procedural adjustments.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance compliance or a strong knowledge of insurance regulatory frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree recognized by the UAE Ministry of Higher Education, with attested documents.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Leadership ability and experience designing and delivering training programmes.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Dubai and proactively manage regulatory obligations.
