Computer / IT Teacher

About the role

The school is looking for a qualified Computer / IT Teacher to deliver British‑curriculum based Computer Science and IT lessons to students in Sharjah. The role involves planning lessons, assessing progress and integrating educational technology into the classroom.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Computer Science and IT lessons aligned with the British Curriculum.
• Prepare comprehensive lesson plans and instructional materials.
• Teach foundational and advanced concepts using effective pedagogical methods.
• Assess student performance, grade coursework and provide academic support.
• Maintain an orderly classroom environment and contribute to school‑wide initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Teaching qualification or diploma, preferably with British Curriculum experience.
• Proven teaching experience and strong classroom management skills.
• Valid UAE teaching license or eligibility (preferred).
