Concierge Agent

About the role

The Concierge Agent joins the Concierge Department at Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi, providing personalized assistance to guests and ensuring a seamless, memorable stay. Reporting to the Assistant Chief Concierge, the role involves handling guest requests, managing mail and parcels, and supporting the overall guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer guest inquiries and fulfill requests such as restaurant reservations, tour bookings, transportation arrangements, and flight confirmations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, dining venues, transport options, and shopping areas to provide accurate information.
• Receive, record, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, messages, and parcels for guests and staff according to hotel procedures.
• Store and handle guest luggage with care in the luggage storage area when requested.
• Sell stamps for postcards and letters, keep the concierge desk tidy, and replenish brochures, magazines, and city maps.
• During Business Center closing hours, send guest faxes and perform any additional duties assigned by the supervisor.
