Join the hospitality team at The Mangroves Abu Dhabi and become the face of exceptional guest service. As an Emirati Concierge you will create memorable experiences by responding to guest needs, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring every stay shines with warmth and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Provide recommendations and arrange dining, transportation, events, tours, and local attractions.
• Coordinate special services such as medical care, childcare, floral delivery, and other personalized guest needs.
• Manage guest communications, including messages, mail, packages, and faxes.
• Support VIP guests with seamless registration and elevated service.
• Promote hotel offerings by sharing marketing materials and encouraging use of hotel services and programs.
