Concierge – Guest Services at Luxury Resort

About the role

We are seeking a Concierge to join the Concierge Services team at Wynn Al Marjan Island, a new luxury resort under construction in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves delivering Forbes Five Star level guest service through phone support and on‑site assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming guest calls promptly, following brand standards.
• Assist guests with reservations, service requests, and general inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill guest needs efficiently.
• Provide accurate information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Handle guest complaints with empathy and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, requests, and follow‑ups.
• Process wake‑up calls, room service orders and special arrangements.
• Support front desk operations during peak periods or special events.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a call centre or customer‑service environment.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional phone etiquette and customer‑focused attitude.
• Willingness to work shift‑based schedule including weekends, holidays and evenings.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with property management systems.
