Revenue Management Analyst – Luxury Resort

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island, a new luxury integrated resort slated to open in 2027 in the United Arab Emirates, is building a Revenue Management team to drive profitable growth. The Revenue Analyst will support pricing strategy, forecasting and channel optimization for the resort’s 1,530 rooms and suites.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze booking trends by channel, including pace, window, length of stay, regrets and denials to identify revenue opportunities.
• Optimize channel mix by evaluating production, profitability, acquisition costs and booking behaviour across all distribution channels.
• Conduct competitive rate benchmarking and market performance analysis to inform pricing decisions.
• Perform group displacement analysis to compare group versus transient demand and support group pricing.
• Forecast occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and overall room revenue using historical and current booking data.
• Prepare executive‑level reports, dashboards and presentations on performance, forecast accuracy and revenue opportunities.
• Maintain accurate rates, restrictions and inventory across all channels and perform data integrity audits.
• Develop and enhance BI tools and analytical models using Excel, SQL, Power BI and Tableau.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in revenue management, pricing or forecasting within a luxury hotel or integrated resort.
• Proven ability to produce monthly, quarterly and long‑range revenue forecasts and budgets.
• Strong understanding of hotel revenue metrics such as Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, TRevPAR, MPI, ARI and RGI.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, finance, economics, data analytics or a related field.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (data modelling, Power Query, Pivot Tables, scenario analysis).
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for dashboard creation.
• Data analysis and forecasting model development.
