Concierge Supervisor

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Concierge Supervisor to lead its concierge team in delivering Forbes Five‑Star service to guests. You will act as the primary liaison between guests, residents, and internal departments, ensuring personalized and high‑quality experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support the concierge team, monitoring desk operations, scheduling, and task delegation.
• Handle VIP guest arrangements, special requests, and personalized services.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, transportation, and events.
• Train new staff, conduct performance evaluations, and drive service improvement initiatives.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and ensure compliance with company policies and Forbes Travel Guide standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a call‑center environment, with 1–2 years in a supervisory or specialist role.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience with call‑center reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and multilingual capabilities (English, Arabic, Hindi preferred).
• Flexibility to work varied hours and prior training with Forbes Travel Guide standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using call monitoring software.
• Competence in MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with call‑center reporting tools.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma or quality‑assurance methodologies (a plus).
