Construction Director

About the role

We are seeking a senior Construction Director to lead the delivery of large‑scale development projects across all territories. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure that every phase of construction is executed with integrity, accuracy and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the entire delivery component of development functions, guaranteeing timely and accurate departmental outputs.
• Manage stakeholder relationships during the delivery stage, including consultant short‑listing, permit acquisition, landlord and government approvals.
• Coordinate handover acceptance, on‑site construction activities, client‑direct installations and final approvals for facility opening.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and client specifications throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in engineering consulting or architecture engineering consultancy.
• Proven track record on mega‑projects in the GCC, with experience in Europe and the UAE.
• Client‑side or PMC experience is essential.
