Construction Jobs in Sharjah – Multiple Positions

About the role

GINCO Contracting Co. LLC is seeking experienced professionals for a range of construction, engineering, architecture and QA/QC positions in Sharjah, UAE. Candidates will join site teams to deliver high‑quality civil, structural, fit‑out and surveying projects.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and review architectural and shop drawings on site.
• Lead technical delivery of civil and structural works, including design coordination and value engineering.
• Develop FF&E selections, material boards and specifications for fit‑out projects.
• Manage subcontractors, site teams, programme and cost control.
• Conduct QA/QC inspections, prepare ITPs, method statements and handle NCRs and corrective actions.

Required profile

• UAE/GCC experience relevant to the specific position (minimum 2‑20 years as listed).
• Advanced career level with proven track record in construction or related disciplines.
