About the role
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead building projects for Bronze Electromechanical Bros in Dubai. The role involves overseeing all phases of construction, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and direct construction projects from start to completion.
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors on the building site.
- Review daily work progress and monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
- Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve emerging issues.
- Negotiate agreements, draft contracts, and obtain permits and licences.
- Analyse, manage and mitigate project risks.
- Schedule deliverables, estimate costs and ensure quality construction standards.
- Meet contractual performance conditions.
Required profile
- 10+ years of experience in the UAE construction field with major contracting companies.
- Degree in civil engineering or construction.
- In‑depth understanding of construction procedures, material handling and project management principles.
