About the role
A leading workplace design and build business in Dubai is seeking a Civil Engineer / Construction Manager to support its commercial interior fit‑out projects from mobilisation to handover.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate day‑to‑day construction and site activities, managing subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
- Review drawings, technical documentation and project information, and manage document control and project records.
- Coordinate permits and authority approvals, monitor programme, quality and progress on site.
- Work closely with design, project management and commercial teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering – mandatory.
- Valid Society of Engineers (SOE) registration/card at Construction Manager level.
- UAE construction, interiors or fit‑out experience preferred.
- Keen to develop further within Construction Management.
