Construction Manager – Civil Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager (Civil) to lead high‑rise, high‑profile or mega‑scale projects in the UAE. The successful candidate will oversee all civil construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all civil construction works on site.
• Interpret project drawings, specifications, method statements and schedules.
• Collaborate with consultants, subcontractors and internal teams for seamless execution.
• Monitor progress, manage site engineers, supervisors and workforce.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards and company procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Manage material, manpower and resource allocation.
• Support planning, budgeting and cost‑control activities.
• Participate in coordination meetings with clients and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in civil construction, preferably on high‑rise or mega projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, site management and authority regulations.
• Proven leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Valid driving licence.
