Construction Manager – Fit-Out

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager – Fit-Out to lead fit‑out projects from conception through completion in Dubai. The role involves managing project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, schedules, budgets, quality, and site safety while collaborating closely with the Project Director.

Key responsibilities

• Manage fit‑out construction projects from inception to handover, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, specifications and quality standards.
• Lead and coordinate construction teams, subcontractors, suppliers and on‑site personnel.
• Develop, monitor and maintain detailed project schedules and milestones.
• Control project budgets, monitor expenses, allocate resources and drive cost performance.
• Implement and enforce site health and safety procedures in compliance with regulations.
• Review drawings, specifications and technical documents, and resolve construction and technical issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to meet client requirements.
• Prepare and submit status reports highlighting progress, risks and recommended actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of experience in construction management, specifically in medium to large‑scale fit‑out projects.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, suppliers, budgets and schedules.
• Strong knowledge of fit‑out construction processes, methods, materials and site operations.
• Excellent leadership, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.
