Construction Manager – Major Projects in Dubai

About the role

MOBCO Group is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead and oversee major construction activities for projects in Dubai. The role involves managing large‑scale and mega construction projects such as high‑rise buildings, luxury villas and residential developments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee complete construction activities from mobilization through completion and handover.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Plan and monitor construction schedules, resources, manpower, materials and equipment.
• Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements and quality standards.
• Coordinate closely with consultants, clients, technical, commercial and project management teams.
• Monitor project progress, achieve key milestones and resolve technical/site issues.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, project procedures and UAE regulations.
• Identify construction risks, delays and potential issues and implement mitigation measures.

Required profile

• 15+ years of proven experience in construction management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Proven experience on mega or large‑scale construction projects in the UAE.
• Strong background in luxury villa developments, high‑rise buildings or other major building projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large site teams and multiple subcontractors under demanding schedules.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of UAE construction standards, authorities and site requirements.
• Expertise in project planning and construction methodologies.
• Strong quality‑control and HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) compliance skills.
• Proficiency in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing subcontractor performance.
