Construction Manager – MEP

About the role

Procer is recruiting on behalf of a major EPC civil infrastructure contractor in the UAE for an experienced Construction Manager – MEP. The role involves leading multidisciplinary MEP site execution across large infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, firefighting and ELV works on site.
• Manage engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and manpower, ensuring programme, procurement and progress targets are met.
• Oversee QA/QC inspections, testing, commissioning and handover activities.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and project quality requirements while liaising with clients, consultants and suppliers.

Required profile

• Minimum 10‑15 years of overall MEP construction experience in civil infrastructure.
• At least 5 years in a Construction Manager or MEP Construction Manager role.
• Strong contractor‑side MEP background with 3+ years UAE/GCC project experience.
• Proven experience on major construction or infrastructure projects.
