Construction Manager (Ports & Marine)

About the role

Waagner Biro Bridge Services is seeking an experienced EPC Marine Construction Manager to lead the delivery of ports and marine infrastructure projects across the UAE. You will be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction, from design coordination to on‑site execution, ensuring safety, quality and schedule compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day site operations, managing resources, subcontractors and on‑site teams.
• Plan, schedule and drive productivity improvements to meet project objectives.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities and other stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Monitor HSE requirements and enforce quality compliance throughout the construction phase.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent engineering qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing construction projects, preferably in marine environments.
• Proven experience with piling, quay wall construction, slipway development, pontoon installation, coastal protection works and small‑scale dredging.
• Strong leadership, project management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
