Construction Manager – Sewerage Tunnel

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the delivery of a sewerage tunnel project. The role involves planning, organizing and supervising all construction activities, ensuring the project meets quality, safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the tunnel construction from start‑up through to completion.
• Coordinate logistics and interface with vendors and subcontractors.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory bodies and enforce quality standards.
• Prepare and deliver regular status reports to senior management.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project issues and guide peer teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in large‑scale construction, including at least two PPP projects.
• Proven experience as a construction team lead or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong decision‑making, time‑management and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in multidisciplinary environments.
