Construction Manager – Swimming Pool Construction

About the role

Azizi is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead all phases of civil and swimming‑pool projects across its Dubai portfolio. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality pool facilities on time, within budget, and in full compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and mobilise civil and pool construction from inception to hand‑over.
• Supervise site teams – civil engineers, foremen, pool specialists and subcontractors.
• Oversee excavation, structural concrete, gunite/shotcrete, waterproofing, tiling, filtration, pump‑room and chemical dosing installations.
• Review construction drawings, shop drawings, method statements and technical submittals.
• Ensure compliance with UAE municipal regulations, authority requirements and HSE standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and authorities for inspections, approvals and NOCs.
• Monitor project costs, identify risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Prepare progress reports, conduct site meetings and manage procurement of materials and equipment.
• Maintain comprehensive site documentation – RFIs, variation orders, daily reports and inspection records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised university.
• Minimum 10 years of construction‑management experience, including 4‑5 years dedicated to swimming‑pool or aquatic‑facility projects in the UAE.
• Proven track record of delivering pool and civil projects on schedule and budget.
