Construction Supervisor – Civil & Structural

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to lead civil and structural works on oil and gas EPC projects. The role involves overseeing site activities, ensuring compliance with international codes and ADNOC standards, and delivering projects safely and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all civil and structural construction activities on‑site.
• Ensure work complies with BS, ASTM and ACI building codes and on‑site testing procedures.
• Coordinate drawing review, execution and quality control in line with ADNOC HSE and quality requirements.
• Manage subcontractors, monitor progress, and report to project management.
• Maintain safety standards, conduct inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.

Required profile

• Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of construction experience, including at least 5 years as a supervisor on oil and gas EPC projects.
• Deep knowledge of international building codes (BS, ASTM, ACI) and on‑site testing methods.
• Familiarity with ADNOC HSE and quality standards; ADNOC approval is a plus.
