Consultant Associate – Tax & ERP (6‑month contract)

About the role

We are seeking a curious and motivated Consultant Associate for a 6‑month contract to support tax, finance and ERP consulting projects across the GCC. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early‑career professionals eager to apply academic knowledge in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support research, analysis and preparation of consulting deliverables.
• Assist with tax and ERP‑related projects, documentation and data analysis using Excel.
• Research developments in taxation, ERP systems and emerging technologies.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and explore AI tools for productivity.
• Contribute to presentations, reports and other consulting materials.

Required profile

• Recent graduate, postgraduate student or early‑career professional with a background in Tax, ERP, Accounting, Finance or Business.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
• Valid UAE work authorization and ability to work on‑site in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (formulas, data analysis, reporting).
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle (nice to have).
• Experience with AI tools for research or productivity (nice to have).
