About the role

SearchPlus HR is seeking a highly qualified Consultant in Critical Care Medicine to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai. The successful candidate will deliver expert care to critically ill patients, lead multidisciplinary teams, and help advance the institution's critical care services.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with life‑threatening conditions requiring intensive interventions.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary critical care teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Implement and oversee advanced life support and monitoring technologies.
• Collaborate with other specialties for comprehensive patient care.
• Contribute to clinical research, audits, and quality‑improvement initiatives.
• Mentor, train, and educate junior medical staff and trainees.
• Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Medical degree with board certification in Critical Care Medicine from American, UK, or other recognized Western Boards.
• Minimum five years of intensive care clinical experience.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to manage complex, high‑acuity cases.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and best practices.
