About the role

A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in the UAE is expanding its primary and ambulatory care services. The organisation seeks a Consultant Family Medicine to join a multidisciplinary clinical team, delivering comprehensive primary care to a diverse international patient population.

Key responsibilities

• Provide assessment, diagnosis and management of acute and chronic conditions across all age groups.
• Deliver preventive healthcare services, including health screening, immunisations, lifestyle counselling and wellness programmes.
• Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma and cardiovascular conditions using evidence‑based guidelines.
• Perform appropriate outpatient procedures and handle minor emergencies in the clinic.
• Coordinate referrals to specialist physicians and ensure continuity of care through patient education and follow‑up.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of physicians, nurses and allied health professionals.

Required profile

• Internationally trained physician with a medical degree and appropriate licensing for practice in the UAE.
• Commitment to high‑quality, patient‑centred care and adherence to international healthcare standards.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
