Consultant Neonatologist – Dubai (Tax-Free UAE Opportunity)

About the role

We are seeking a board‑certified Consultant Neonatologist to join a JCI‑accredited tertiary hospital in Dubai. The role offers exposure to high‑acuity neonatal cases within a state‑of‑the‑art Level III/IV NICU serving an international patient base.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for premature and critically ill newborns in the NICU.
• Manage high‑risk deliveries and perform neonatal resuscitation.
• Diagnose and treat respiratory distress, sepsis, congenital and metabolic disorders.
• Perform and supervise procedures such as intubation, central line placement, ventilation management and invasive monitoring.
• Develop individualized care plans and ensure family‑centred communication.
• Collaborate with obstetricians, pediatricians and multidisciplinary teams for integrated maternal‑neonatal care.
• Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years post‑specialist or board certification experience.
• Internationally recognised neonatology qualification (e.g., American Board, UK CCT, European Board, Royal College, Australian Fellowship, Arab Board, FCPS).
• Eligibility for DHA/DOH/MOH licence conversion (support provided).
• Experience in a Level III/IV NICU environment.
