Consultant Pediatrician – UAE Tax-Free Salary

About the role

A leading internationally accredited healthcare provider in the UAE is expanding its pediatric services and seeks a highly skilled Consultant Pediatrician. Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care for infants, children and adolescents in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Diagnose and manage common pediatric illnesses, growth concerns, infections, asthma, allergies and developmental issues.
• Support immunisation, preventive health, nutrition counselling and family education.
• Coordinate care with neonatology, pediatric subspecialists, emergency medicine and allied health teams.
• Recognise and escalate acutely unwell children and support safe admission or referral pathways.
• Maintain child‑safe documentation, consent, safeguarding awareness and UAE regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Strong clinical judgement with commitment to evidence‑based practice and patient safety.
• Excellent communication skills with culturally diverse patients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to adapt to UAE healthcare regulations, documentation standards and hospital governance expectations.
• Interest in long‑term career development within a premium UAE healthcare setting.
