About the role

A leading internationally accredited healthcare provider in the UAE is expanding its pediatric services and seeks a Consultant Pediatrician. Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care for infants, children and adolescents in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Diagnose and manage common pediatric conditions, growth concerns, infections, asthma, allergies and developmental issues.
• Support immunisation programmes, preventive health, nutrition counselling and family education.
• Coordinate care with neonatology, pediatric subspecialists, emergency medicine and allied health teams.
• Recognise acutely unwell children, ensure safe admission or referral pathways, and maintain child‑safe documentation and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Internationally trained Consultant Pediatrician with recognised specialist qualification (e.g., American Board, UK CCT/MRCPCH, European Board, Arab Board, etc.).
• Strong clinical judgement, commitment to evidence‑based practice and patient safety.
• Excellent communication skills for culturally diverse patients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to adapt to UAE healthcare regulations and documentation standards.
