About the role

Join a leading multispecialty hospital in the UAE as a Consultant Psychiatrist. You will provide evidence‑based, patient‑centred psychiatric care within a modern, well‑equipped facility that supports advanced diagnostics and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Deliver specialist clinical care in line with best practice guidelines.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, coordinate referrals and ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and clinical documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement, patient safety and clinical governance initiatives.
• Educate patients, families and staff on mental health and preventive care.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years post‑specialist/board certification experience.
• Recognised specialist qualification (e.g., American Board, UK CCT, European Board, Royal College, Arab Board, MD/DNB/DM/FCPS, etc.) subject to UAE licensing eligibility.
• Eligibility for DHA/DOH/MOH licensing in the UAE.
• Strong commitment to ethical standards and hospital policies.
