Consultant Psychiatrist – Tax-Free Role in Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a Consultant/Specialist Psychiatrist to join a JCI‑accredited healthcare group in Dubai. The role involves delivering comprehensive psychiatric care in both outpatient and inpatient settings while contributing to the development of mental health services across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments, including mental status examinations, risk evaluations and diagnostic assessments.
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of conditions such as mood, anxiety, psychotic, personality and substance‑use disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that combine pharmacological and psychotherapeutic approaches.
• Provide crisis intervention and acute psychiatric care as needed.
• Collaborate with psychologists, counselors, social workers and other professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with DHA and international standards.

Required profile

• Board certification (ABPN, UK CCT/GMC, European Board, Canadian/Australian Fellowship, Arab Board/FCPS/MD/DNB/DM).
• Minimum 3–5 years post‑board experience.
• Eligibility for DHA licence or an active licence is an advantage.
