Contact Centre Agent (UAE National)

About the role

Liwa University is seeking a UAE National Contact Centre Agent to join its Al Ain campus team. The role focuses on handling inbound student inquiries, promoting university programmes, and supporting prospective and current students throughout their academic journey.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to student queries with accurate information.
• Promote the college’s programmes and services, building interest among callers.
• Identify potential students through database searches, cold calling, and follow‑up of leads.
• Route calls to the appropriate department and ensure all interaction data is recorded correctly.
• Maintain the college’s reputation by delivering professional and effective assistance.
• Communicate verbally and in writing with team members and customers.
• Follow up with students to advise on study options and help meet enrolment targets.

Required profile

• Diploma is essential; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 3‑5 years of experience in a similar contact‑centre or customer‑service role.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Ability to work in a multicultural team and handle pressure while meeting deadlines.
