About the role

We are seeking a Contact Centre Operations professional to join a banking client in Dubai on a short‑term basis. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, supporting digital and mobile banking channels, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Key responsibilities

• Manage high‑volume calls and digital inquiries, applying objection handling techniques.
• Provide first‑line support for digital and mobile banking applications.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, escalating complex cases as needed.
• Navigate CRM and telephony systems to log interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with banking product teams to convey customer feedback.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service environment.
• Exposure to banking or financial services is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work six days per week for a 3‑4 month period.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms.
• Experience using telephony systems.
• Knowledge of digital and mobile banking support processes.
