Content & Creative Specialist – Arabic Speaking Required

About the role

Dr. Scent is seeking a creative, digitally‑savvy Content & Creative Specialist to join its marketing team. You will produce Arabic and English content for social media, e‑commerce, retail campaigns and partner channels, ensuring the brand’s voice resonates across the GCC market.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging Arabic and English copy for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, website, WhatsApp campaigns and e‑commerce platforms.
• Write captions, short‑form copy, product descriptions, promotional messages and story/reel scripts.
• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with product launches, seasonal events and regional promotions.
• Prepare creative briefs for designers, photographers, videographers, influencers and agencies.
• Capture mobile‑first video and photo assets for reels, stories, product demos and event coverage.
• Coordinate with designers and video editors to deliver high‑quality social‑first creatives.
• Maintain brand consistency by reviewing all content against brand guidelines before publishing.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in content creation, social media or digital marketing.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong Arabic copywriting skills tailored to GCC audiences.
• Good eye for aesthetics and familiarity with GCC consumer trends.
• Experience in beauty, fragrance or fashion sectors is a plus.
