Content Creator & Designer

About the role

Washmen is looking for a creative ninja to own the end‑to‑end content creation process. Based in Dubai, you will design campaigns, produce scroll‑stopping videos and build branded assets for new partnerships, working closely with growth, brand and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design branded assets across digital, print, in‑app, social and physical collateral.
• Shoot and edit video content for campaigns, ads and social media.
• Operate professional camera equipment and mobile devices as required.
• Create motion graphics and graphic design elements to elevate content.
• Integrate AI‑powered tools for editing, motion graphics, sound design and content optimisation.
• Manage post‑production tasks including sound design, colour correction, grading and multi‑format exporting.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging content trends, AI‑assisted workflows and new platforms.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience as a videographer, graphic designer or content creator with a strong portfolio.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in a creative workflow.
• Strong storytelling, composition and attention to detail.
• Experience with mobile filming and editing (iPhone, CapCut).
• Ability to work independently and in a fast‑paced collaborative environment.
• Excellent time‑management and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite – Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• CapCut for rapid mobile edits.
• Figma for basic design and layout.
• Audition for audio editing.
• Mirrorless cameras (Sony, Canon, Blackmagic) and related accessories.
• Lavalier and shotgun microphones, field recorders.
• LED lights, RGB tube lights, octaboxes and grids.
• Tripods, gimbals and other stabilisation gear.
• High‑performance desktop/laptop for 4K+ editing and rendering.
• SSD storage, RAID/NAS systems and data backup protocols.
