About the role

We are expanding our marketing team and need a structured, business‑oriented Content Creator who speaks French and English. The role focuses on producing high‑impact content that drives engagement, generates qualified leads, and reinforces the credibility of our brand across real estate, corporate services, and investment lines.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish high‑quality content for social media, website, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with brokers and internal teams to produce property videos, listings, and business‑related materials.
• Adapt tone, format, and messaging to suit each platform, audience, and business line.
• Translate market insights into clear, engaging content.
• Maintain structured content calendars and monitor performance metrics.
• Optimize content based on data‑driven analysis, not vanity metrics.
• Support marketing campaigns with strong written and visual assets.
• Coordinate with external vendors such as photographers, videographers, and designers when needed.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in content creation, preferably within real estate or a business‑driven environment.
• Strong storytelling abilities, both visual and written.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Understanding of how content converts into engagement and qualified leads.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with structure and discipline.
• Creative mindset combined with a business‑oriented approach.
