Content Creator & Graphic Designer Officer

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Content Creator & Graphic Designer Officer to produce engaging visual and written content across our social channels and marketing materials. The role blends photography, video, graphic design, and social media strategy to strengthen our brand presence in the hospitality and lifestyle sector.

Key responsibilities

• Capture, shoot, edit and publish Reels, Stories, and static posts for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube.
• Design print and digital collateral such as flyers, menus, presentations, signage and campaign ads, ensuring brand consistency.
• Collaborate with F&B, Operations and Events teams to source stories and key moments for content creation.
• Create and maintain branded social media templates, graphics and visual assets for day‑to‑day publishing and campaigns.
• Support the Marketing associate in planning and executing the social media strategy, including real‑time coverage of events.
• Manage community interactions – respond to comments, DMs and mentions in an on‑brand tone.
• Oversee the content calendar, schedule posts and keep all assets aligned with brand voice and guidelines.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform algorithms, digital trends and analytics to optimise performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating content and graphic design for hospitality or lifestyle brands.
• Strong aesthetic sense, storytelling ability and copywriting skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, time‑management and ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Flexibility to handle social media inquiries during weekends.
• Proactive, multi‑tasking attitude.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Canva.
• Video editing (basic to intermediate).
• Strong written communication.
• Understanding of social media platforms, content strategy and analytics tools.
• Experience with social media management tools.
