Content Creator – Photography & Videography

About the role

Rixos is seeking a creative and technically skilled Content Creator to produce high‑quality photography and videography that showcases the hotel’s luxury experience across social media, digital platforms and marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise, shoot and edit photo and video content for Instagram Reels, Stories, posts, websites and other channels.
• Plan and execute shoots across hotel departments – rooms, F&B, spa, lifestyle areas and events.
• Handle all production aspects including lighting, sound, camera operation, retouching and colour grading.
• Maintain a comprehensive photo and video asset library and ensure brand consistency.
• Stay updated on social media, hospitality and content‑production trends.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while delivering on‑brand visual assets.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of professional experience in photography, videography or content creation.
• Preferably background in hospitality, lifestyle, travel or food & beverage.
• Ability to work independently, organise shoots and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to support events and activations outside standard working hours.
• Professional portfolio demonstrating both photography and videography skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with professional cameras, lighting and production equipment.
• Advanced video editing and colour grading using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Photo editing and retouching with Adobe Photoshop.
• Knowledge of After Effects, Lightroom and Audition (advantageous).
• Strong visual sense for short‑form social media content.
