Content & Social Growth Manager (Dubai)

About the role

EcomSwap is seeking a proactive Content & Social Growth Manager to own and scale its organic content engine. Working directly with the founders, you will shape the brand’s voice and drive inbound deal flow through strategic social media initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow organic presence on TikTok, Instagram, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn.
• Write, shoot, edit, and publish short‑form content (Reels, TikToks, threads, carousels) on a consistent cadence.
• Develop content that attracts founders considering exits and qualified buyers.
• Create and maintain a cross‑platform content calendar aligned with brand voice and business goals.
• Adapt high‑performing organic pieces into paid creative assets.
• Brief, coordinate, and manage UGC creators and freelancers throughout the production pipeline.

Required profile

• Proven track record of building or running social accounts with measurable traction.
• Deep understanding of hooks, retention, pacing, and short‑form content dynamics.
• Excellent written and spoken English; ability to define the brand’s voice.
• Experience in e‑commerce or digital‑brand environments.
• Strong organization and project‑management skills.
• Proficiency with analytics tools to measure and optimise performance.
• Self‑motivated, creative, and comfortable appearing on camera.
• Based in Dubai or able to relocate within 30 days and work onsite.
