Contract Administrator - Facilities Management

About the role

Six Construct, a subsidiary of the BESIX Group and the largest Belgian construction company in the Middle East, is hiring a Contract Administrator for its Facilities Management services. The role safeguards the company's contractual interests, ensures compliance, mitigates risks and supports the delivery of complex FM contracts while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and manage the main contract and major subcontract packages
• Prepare and manage contractual correspondence, notices and documentation on time
• Ensure contractual compliance across all service delivery activities
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks and potential disputes
• Support claims, variations and Extension of Time (EOT) submissions
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders
• Improve contract administration processes and subcontract documentation
• Provide contractual guidance to project, operational and commercial teams

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Law or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in contract administration, quantity surveying, engineering, procurement, facilities management or a similar field
• Experience managing service contracts, subcontract agreements and contractual correspondence
• Professional accreditation such as MRICS, MCIArb or equivalent is an advantage

Required skills

• Claims management, variations, dispute resolution and contract compliance
• Familiarity with standard forms of contract and commercial management principles
• Proficiency in contract management systems and document control
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
