Contract Management Supervisor - Engineering

About the role

Emirates Engineering is looking for a Contract Management Supervisor in Dubai. You will consolidate and index contracts and their documents in the contracts database, work closely with the business user departments, and act as the main interface for contractual matters. The role covers contract administration, aircraft and powerplant lease contracts, and supporting the Contracts Management Officer.

Key responsibilities

• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on contract management and share them with the Procurement team and other business units.
• Maintain a repository of executed contracts and update the system to track compliance with contractual terms.
• Follow up on free-of-charge spare parts, credit and warranty claims, and ensure amendments to contracts are kept up to date across the repository and hard copies.
• Update and index the Aircraft Readiness Logbook for new aircraft deliveries in the Engineering Procurement Portal.
• Support the Contracts Management Officer in price reviews, generate annual price adjustment studies, and review PO unit-price discrepancies against approved catalogues.
• Review warranty update queries and keep warranty terms accurate in the Ultramain system.
• Manage aircraft lease and powerplant contracts, keeping a detailed database of in-service aircraft, engines and the fleet, and ensure timely service of notices and follow-up with stakeholders.
• Publish reports on operating leases, including changes in finance structure, extensions, phase-out plans and redelivery conditions.

Required profile

• 12 years of schooling or equivalent.
• 4 years of experience in engineering purchasing or planning education.
• Experience in supply chain, warehouse and logistics, material planning, inventory control, technical purchasing or aircraft maintenance spares purchasing is preferable.
• Airlines or MRO experience is also considered.

Required skills

• Familiarity with repair warranty stores, inventory, technical production and quality interfaces.
• Familiarity with aircraft systems, maintenance philosophies and procedures.
