Contract Manager

About the role

BEEAH is seeking a proactive Contract Manager to oversee efficient, safe, and reliable waste collection and cleaning services across its operational regions. The role ensures seamless coordination of manpower, transport, procurement, and compliance activities to meet client KPIs and project objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate manpower mobilization, onboarding, deployment, and attendance monitoring across project sites.
• Maintain employee records, manpower trackers, and deployment reports to support service delivery.
• Manage bus schedules, workforce transportation plans, driver deployment, rental vehicle requirements, and resolve transportation‑related issues.
• Liaise with transport vendors on timesheets, invoices, service performance, and resource allocation.
• Oversee room allocations, camp transfers, and workforce accommodation in collaboration with camp management.
• Drive procurement processes, from request initiation through LPO issuance and payment support, ensuring timely delivery of PPE, uniforms, and operational materials.
• Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, attendance issues, and termination coordination.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports covering manpower, transport, compliance, deliveries, mobilization, and project risks.
• Provide management updates on operational status, workforce readiness, commercial matters, and project risks.
• Review service implementation plans regularly to maintain high‑quality service delivery and zero client penalties.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and coordination abilities across multiple functional areas.
• Experience in managing large‑scale workforce, transport, and procurement operations.
• Knowledge of local and federal legal requirements related to project execution.
• Ability to produce clear operational reports and present updates to senior management.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
